Management Philosophy
Norcal has straight forward philosophy which centers around good tenant relations. Tenants after all, are your customers and it is important that we do everything we can within the balance of good economics to keep each tenant satisfied. Your bottom line can be significantly improved by retaining tenants rather than replacing them.
The major elements that go into tenant satisfaction are things over which we have control; being our responsiveness to their needs, courteous staff, a clean well-maintained and efficiently run property and equally important reasonable operating costs.
In support of our philosophy we screen all personnel to be assured they bring the required level of experience, enthusiasm and pride to whatever job they are required to do. After staff members are selected they are carefully supervised, directed and regularly reviewed to ensure the objectives of the client are being achieved. The net result of this is a more competitive project with satisfied tenants, resulting in a satisfied owner.

Established Norcal and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of Real Estate from Development, Asset Management, Finance and Lease Negotiations.
H.J. (Howard) Chisholm - Director of Management
Background in Real Estate Finance and Management dating back to the early 1970's. Brings significant experience in the area of Asset Management and Lease Negotiations as well as Tenant Relations.
Ricco Zaluski - Maintenance Manager
Building maintenance experience acquired over several years provides Ricco with the knowledge necessary to quickly and efficiently deal with any problems that may arise.

- Founder and Principal of Norcal with extensive experience in development, sales, leasing, property and asset management.
H.J. (Howard) Chisholm B.A., F.I.C.B.
- Involved in Commercial Leasing since 1983 on Retail, Office and Industrial Properties. Background also includes Finance having held several senior positions with major Canadian Financial Institutions. H.J. Chisholm has a significant depth of experience in Asset Management.
- Involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate since the early 1970's, having successfully served our clients in the acquisition of land, leasing, and sale of investment grade product.
- Bill has been active in all areas of real estate since 1973. Specializing in Industrial/Commercial leasing and sales since 1985. His background includes property management, finance and advertising.
Al Wood - B.B.A, B.A., M.Ec
-Al has eight years experience in commercial Real Estate sales and leasing, with a specialization in land sales within Calgary's downtown and beltline areas.
- Ivan has been involved in property development and retail business. He specializes in industrial leasing, investments and condominium sales and suburban office leasing. Ivan looks forward to serving all client's needs and expanding our leasing and investment.
